LARA GEORGE - DANSAKI (I'M ACKNOWLEDGING YOU) Mp3 Free Download {Meaning}

Just few days ago, I stumbled upon this very song on YouTube, and tears of joy flows down my cheek.I remembered what God did in my life personally, with that of my sibblings inclusive.

God picked us out of poverty and humiliations from the hands of the so called wicked ones. Some many of them where within or closed circle but the turn against us without any obvious reason.

But God, who never allowed us to be put to shame showed up in our circumstances and all around us now is a pure testimony of the goodness of God. Honestly, God did it for us.

However, “Dansaki (I’m Acknowledging You)” by Lara George a Nigerian Christian singer & songwriter is really a beautiful and heartfelt thank you letter to God.

When Lara sings, “I’m acknowledging You for who You are,” she’s saying, “God, I see You, I know You’re here, and I recognize how good and powerful You are.”

The word “Dansaki” actually means “I’m bowing down” or “I’m offering praise” in a respectful and honoring way. So the whole song is about giving deep gratitude and respect to God.

Here, Lara is not just saying “thank you” for small things, she’s reflecting on her whole life, how far God has brought her and how He’s always been there.

She sings with a lot of emotion, saying things like “for all you’ve done in my life, I’m grateful.” That means she’s looking back at all the hard times all the moments she didn’t know how she would make it through but God helped her, carried her and didn’t let her fail.

This song is also a worship song, which means it’s not just about what God has done but who He is. She’s acknowledging God as the Almighty, the Protector, the Provider, the One who never leaves or fails. Even if life gets tough, she still lifts her voice to say, “I will praise You.”

It’s the kind of song that reminds you to stop and look at your own life too. Maybe you’ve been through some deep struggles or felt alone but right here this very song encourages you to say: “God, You were there and I see it now. Thank You.”

In my personal opinion, it’s a humble & powerful worship song that reminds us to never forget God’s goodness and to always say thank You LORD even when words aren’t enough.
