SLEEP WELL: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep daily will improve your ability to cope with mood changes, and also help to control your weight. Getting enough sleep also helps with your memory and your coping ability.
MANAGE YOUR STRESS LEVELS: Managing your stress levels will help you maintain your mental and physical health. Your mental wellbeing is very important after a cancer diagnosis as this will be a determining factor in how your treatment works your general health. Also, use different relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation. Dedicate some time in your day to this and watch your stress levels reduce, and you will be more relaxed and confident in yourself.
