Rejoice No Matter What? As faithful believers and Christians, God calls us to rejoice in ANY situations we found ourselves.
This does not mean we ignore problems or pretend everything is perfect but it means we choose to find joy in God, no matter what we face in life.
As you know, life can bring challenges, such as sickness, loss or disappointment. During these times, it is easy to feel sad or discouraged.
However, when we focus on God, we can find reasons to rejoice. We can thank Him for the life, His love, His promises and His presence in our every activities.
Even in hard times too, God is with us and He is giving us strength and hope.
Rejoicing is also an act of faith. It shows that we trust God’s plan for us, even when we don’t understand it. Also, worshiping, praying and remembering how God has helped us in the past can fill our hearts with joy.
Remember, when we trust God, His joy gives us peace and strength to face our daily challenges and enemies. Honestly, with God we can always find a reason to rejoice!
Daily Devotion : Rejoice No Matter What
My anchor scripture reads; “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the field shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls.” Habakkuk 3:17
The prophet Habakkuk had walked with God for years and had come to the conclusion that sometimes things don’t go in our favour for reasons best known to God.
In the midst of that he said he would rejoice in the Lord, he would be joyful in the God of his salvation.
As a believer in Christ Jesus, know that sometimes God allows us to be tested, so things might not go the way we expect, but that should not take away our joy in Christ.
The apostle Paul in the New Testament agreed with the prophet Habakkuk and said, “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.” Philippians 4:4
My dear reader, anytime things seem difficult for you declare the words of Habakkuk, “The Lord God is my strength, and He will make my feet like a hind’s feet, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places.” Hallelujah!!!!
