Never Give Up? As Christians and faithful believers, God wants us to keep going and never give up no matter how hard life gets.
According to the book of Galatians 6:9 says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
This verse reminds us that when we keep trusting God and doing what is right, then we will see the rewards in His perfect timing.
You and I know that life can be tough and sometimes we feel tired, frustrated or hopeless. But we must remember that God is always there with us.
The good LORD sees our struggles and He gives us the strength we need to keep moving forward. We can pray to Him, read His Word (THE BIBLE) and trust His promises to help us through.
Even when things don’t happen as we expect, we should not lose faith in God. He is working behind the scenes for our good. He has a plan and He will use every situation to grow us and bless us.
Daily Devotion: Never Give Up
However, my anchor scripture goes this way; “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16
The apostle Paul acknowledged that there is an outward man and an inward man too. The outward man, which is the body, may grow old, but the inward man is madw of the soul and the spirit which are renewed or refreshed, and do not have an end.
He goes on to further explan that we should consider all the afflictions in our life as light because they have eternal benefits.
Finally, he threw light on our focus: there are temporal and eternal things, and our focus should be on the eternal things.
My dear reader, what have you learned from this passage? Consider the following: inward man, afflictions, and eternal things.
